Rope Drop SDD Dec 26

I am wondering what type of total wait I can expect if rope drop SDD on Dec 26. I wondering because my family will consider getting to the park an hour and half early waiting too. EMH start at 8:00. When will I be done the ride if I get there at 6:30 vs 7:00 vs 7:15 vs 7:30.

No one knows, but I would think if you are there 90 minutes prior to EMH you should be done within 15-20 minutes tops. I’m not going to guess at any of your other scenarios, but clearly the later you arrive the longer your wait.

The difficulty in trying to guesstimate timing is no one knows when HS will actually open the gates. The could easily start letting people into and onto the rides in TSL around 7:30 or earlier. Or they may actually wait until 8:00. If it's the former and you don't get there until 7:30, there will already be quite a line. If it's the latter, and you get there at 7:30, you might be able to make your way towards the front as the crowd walks.
