Rooms Selling Out

So I'm looking to book a room at CBR in November 2021 for the week before Thanksgiving (15th-20th) but the "standard" room is shown unavailable. Is it possible that this room has already sold out more than a year in advance? Or is it a matter of Disney not releasing all available rooms (or some other system issue)? The other room categories are bookable, including the standard 5th sleeper but it seems like that room is about $20+ more a night and I know you don't go to Disney to save money but every little bit helps, right? Plus it'll be just the two of us going, so no need for the fold-down bed in the 5th sleeper.

Just book the 5th sleeper and hope to change it later on?

I would book the room now and then try to change it later if possible. I think a lot is booking up now because of the 50th celebration, but some might drop their reservation as we get closer

We have the week before Thanksgiving booked for this year. When searching I have seen standard unavailable then the next week it’s available. It just changes off and on.
