What category resort are you looking for? I'm assuming you'll want the teens to sleep separately?
The Poly, CR, and GF all have rooms with two queens and a daybed. That will guarantee you 3 sleeping areas in one room.
The BC has deluxe CL rooms with 2 queens and a daybed (the regular rooms don't guarantee a daybed). The BWI has a deluxe CL room with two queens and a pull out couch. The YC has rooms with a daybed, but you aren't guaranteed to have one. I think all the deluxes allow you to request a roll away bed as well.
AoA and ASMu have family suites with separate sleeping areas, however there is a door between them. If you want to supervise the teens, this might not be the best option.
You can do two rooms at a moderate, but you can't be guaranteed a connecting door.
