rooms at poly before 3 night cruise

When I made my ressie (through DCL) I asked if I could request a specific building at the Poly. I was told that all travelers going on the cruise are usually put in one building so it is easier for Disney to get all the luggage. Does anyone know what building this usually is? Also has anyone requested a different building?

I am asking this because we are traveling with my mother-in-law who has difficulting walking. We are hoping to get a building as close to the monorial as possible and then rent her a wheel chair in the parks.

We stayed at the Poly before our 3-day cruise in 9/00. I don't remember the exact name of the building, but it was next to the main building where you checking. We were on the 2nd floor, though. We had a beautiful lagoon view and we could see the main building from our room as well. If you need me to, I can look up my old paperwork and check the name of the building, but it will take a few hours to find every thing. I do know that certain rooms are set aside for Disney cruisers, but we actually got a room with the view we had requested. We couldn't have gotten any closer to the main building.

Our flight doesn't leave until 5PM, and everything I've read says we are off the boat at 9:00 AM. We bought a land/sea package ... is there anything we can to do kill a little time without it costing an arm and a leg?

We are doing the land/sea package and staying at the Poly lagoon view for 5 nights prior and requested the Tahiti building. There was no mention of rooms set aside for us. I do know that DCl has a certain number of rooms set aside but particular rooms in a particular building I dont know about that.
