Rooms at Disneyland Hotel Question

We recently booked the Disneyland Hotel for Dec 17-21 and I asked about how the rooms were set up for 4 and 5 people. The CS person from Disney Travel told me that the rooms with 5 people get 2 Queens and a day bed. The rooms with 4 people get 2 queens and no day bed.

Are the rooms with two queen beds different size than the rooms with two queens and a day bed? Anyone seen the difference in these rooms...is there really a difference or do all rooms have a pull out bed.

We requested the dream tower...don't know if we'll get it but I thought it was worth a try.

No, I don't think the rooms are different sizes. The daybed runs along the wall next to the entertainment center. It's not a "pull out" bed, it's more like a couch that doubles as a bed.

It reminds me of a futon...where you pull it out slightly to lay it down.

Which room would you prefer? The one with a daybed or without if you only had 4 to a room? Does the daybed take up more room or would it be nice to have? If you don't get a room with a day bed is it a couch instead?

There must be pictures of the rooms. I must go look.

Personally I would rather have the day bed, as long as you don't need the space for a crib, it doesn't take up "valuable" floor space. I did I google image search of the rooms and if you scroll down this page it shows you where the daybed is and how much space it takes up.
