::MickeyMo Hi everyone, just booked 7 day trip on Magic. I got connecting category 10 rooms on deck 7.(7005-7007) First time cruiser with party of six(3 adults and 3 kids) Looking for any info on rooms ,is this a good location, enough room, are inside rooms ok, how is deck 7? thanks for your help.pirate:

We were in 7001 in January 10-17 Eastern cruise. Excellent location. Lots of space. Did not spend much time there so did not miss a window or verandah.

We'll be in 7003 in several more weeks, and in the 17 mos I've been reading these boards, I've seen quite a few positive comments about the rooms in this area, and never a negative one. Any place on the Magic will be a good place to be, as far as I'm concerned!

We had these rooms in March 2003. Had the kids (4) in 7005 and adults in 7007. We loved the location. We did have a problem witht the toilet in 7005. Ended up needing to have someone unplug it at least once a day. But they were always very fast.:D
There is a service elevator on the other side of 7009 and it can get busy with the crew at certain times of the day. BUT never enough to really bother us. We liked the location so much that we have the rooms on deck 6 right below for our cruise next month.

We had rooms 7001 and 7003 last Feb. and loved the location. The hallway leads to officers offices so is very quiet. The stairs/elevator is very easy to use and you are close to Deck 9.

We enjoyed the location so much we booked across the hall for this coming week but were luckily upgraded further down the hall.

We were in 7009 on our first cruise. Hated it. Unbelieveably noisey. The CM's start moving very early with their carts next to the room. Would never do that room again. The location was great however.

Glad you asked this question. We have the SAME rooms booked for July 24, 2004 for the 7day!!!

We just spent two weeks in cabin 7009 and it wasn't that bad. (Then again I get up before the workers start!) The noise level wasn't any worse than the other rooms we have sailed in. It was definitely convenient to the forward elevator (which is probably the least used on the ship).

We would get that room or any other in that area again.
