Room with Transfer Bench to Tub at Beach Club

Hi everyone, first time coming to this sub forum
My husband had a surgery a few weeks ago, and has to have his leg locked straight with brace all the time.
Our vacation is less than 2 weeks away, and when I requested roll-in shower room they wren't available for our dates. They got us a room with Transfer Bench to Tub. Does anyone have been in the room with transfer bench? Is it just a standard room with transfer bench as additional amenity? I know roll-in shower room has only 1 sink, but how about the room with transfer bench? Does anyone know which room# are the one with transfer bench? Any information is greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the disABILITIES Forum! Do you actually have a wheelchair accessible room with tub? Or is it a standard room and they have offered to bring a transfer bench for him to use? Without more description of the room you have booked, it sounds like either could be an option depending on what was available when you called.

Hmmm.....not sure, I'll have to check. I prefer to have 2 sinks, so if it is just a standard room and them bringing in transfer bench works out great. Thanks!
