Room/ Window decorations

We are currently at 38 days!! Last night, we had to make an emergency run to Home Depot for a new washing machine (hopefully the only breakdown before the trip). Of course, that meant a quick detour down the paint aisle, where my DH actaully beat me to borrowing some of the LGMHPCs! Can you believe it! I want to make a countdown calender for our nieces, and after Home Depot, we made a trip to AC Moore, a craft store in our area. The poster board is past all those fuzzy poster things, and while I was walking thru there, I saw a ton of Disney stuff. I decided that the posters would be an awesome way to decorate our window, and the girls will get to help out by coloring them. I got a package of 2 Tink posters, and a cutout of Tink and 3 Princesses (Jasmine, Snow White, and Cinderella), a door hanger with Tink, and a smaller picture with Ariel, Belle, and Jasmine. They had another poster size with the Princesses as well. I also bought some paint your own Suncatchers, one with Mickey, one with Minnie, and one with Mickey and Pluto. I thought these would be fun for the girls to do before the trip, and give them some thing to do. I also took some MHPC in different colors and wrote "The DIS Rocks!", and will string them like a banner on my door. If anyone else has some ideas of ways to decorate, please let me know. TIA!

you realize that this is not like a value or moderate - where you can decorate the room and windows for the public. You only have the door.

Thanks for the info! I didn't know that I couldn't decorate the windows. Newbie here! We'll just have to put the posters on the door instead. Oh well, we may have the best decorated windows that no one can see. We will be there on the 16th too! But we get one extra day, until the 22nd. We are staying concierge, so will be on the 4th floor somewhere. Look us up!
