Room View at AKL

Hi,

Some advice please on what I should request as far as view goes at AKL Jambo house. We are in a grandvilla. I should also mention that we are traveling with my 80 year old Mom who will be in a wheel chair. Thanks so much.

We enjoyed our view of the Arusha savanna. Perhaps also ask to be near a feeding station.

Lucky you!!! The Jambo GV's are awesome!

Here is a panoramic photo of the view from 5284. The trucks were out there for ground maintenance that day:

You can hear some of the hvac system for the resort since it is close to the lobby but overall it was not a distraction. That equipment is in the resort maintenance area just over the wall you see in the picture below.

The animals did come down to this area frequently so I had no complaints about the viewing.

GV 5483 on the Uzima savannah is the only Jambo HA GV. Having traveled with my 80 yo mother in a wheelchair to AKV I personally would have requested either 5284 or 5483 to be as close to the lobby as possible.
