My family and I are planning our first trip
to Disney World during the first week of September. I want to stay in the Wilderness Resort, but $$ will probably require that we stay at the dicounted Movie resort
. I've read tons of stuff and think I'm hitting my wall for info overload. I know about asking for upgrades, but what are our chances of getting a great room for little $$ at this time??? Besides the run of the mill info given, what are some of the 'in's' that the veterans do to get a better room?? Also, since this is their slow season, are there other things we should know about that may/may not help??
Thanks for all the info,
R Hill

Try checking out mousesavers.com for three letter codes. There are none out now for Sept. but check daily. These codes give great discounts on hotel rooms. You may be able to upgrade to a moderate for the same or a little more $$. I would recommend the French Quarter if it's open if you want a moderate. It is a compact property and very beatiful. Good luck.
