Room Upgrades

Does DVC ever upgrade your room if they have availability?

We normally reserve a 1brm at OKW. I'd love to try a 2brm, but I don't want
to use the extra points.

Does anyone have experience with this?

DVC does not upgrade points stays unless there is another problem. For example, you might get upgraded if the resort is totaly full and there are no other 1 bedroom units available.

Sometimes, guests who reserve through CRO and pay cash are upgraded, but even that is rare at the DVC resorts.
