Room to get ready in for Escape Brides

Hi ladies,

We are doing an Escape on Jan 22, 2009. On that day, we will be switching hotels from BWI to GF. We want everyone to get readu at BWI, and due to our timing I don't think this will be a problem. However, DF needs a place to get ready too. Does anyone know anything about renting one of the small rooms in the BWI convention center as a room for me and my girls to get ready in. I heard there was some sort of F&B minimum, but not sure. Costs? Anything would be helpful, as we are just trying to weigh our options at this point!

I plan to move rooms as well on the day so hope I can get a late check out. I was planning on sending the Groom to his parents or best mans room.

Getting-ready rooms can't be confirmed until 2 weeks out and there's a $500 food and beverage minimum. It would be cheaper to get him a room at Pop Century or someplace. My DH got ready in one of his friends' rooms, but I also could have sent him to his parents' timeshare off-site.

For that, we could even rent another froom at BW! Especially if you can't confirm until two weeks out!

I am hoping that we will have a friend's room option. Most of our guests (except my girls) are staying off site or haven't confirmed if they are coming or not
