Where can I find the square footage for the Disney resorts and Swan and Dolphin?

Hi: Thanks for the rooms sizes, but when people refer to a room size say of 340 sq.ft. is this referring to the square footage in the part where the beds and tv are only without the bathroom, or is this counting from where the bathroom begins and the bed area as well. I have always wondered this. Thanks
