KeyToTheWorld - the card you are given at check in that is used for everything from entering your state room, to paying for stuff at the stores/bars to disembark/embark at every port.

Do KTTW cards have PINs for purchases (like MagicBands)?

No, they have never had pins like at WDW. Just tap and go. You can assign a credit card when you do your online check-in and then you use your KTTW card for everything onboard. Cash is not used at point of purchase sales, meaning you can't buy a drink, spa treatment or merchandise with cash. You can use Disney Gift Cards in the merchandise shops onboard but for everything else you use your KTTW card. You can use cash for room service tips or tips to your bartender and to pay off your onboard account if you want. If you want to use cash to settle your account onboard you would have to go to guest service and use cash there to pay off charges accrued during the cruise.

The last time I ate at Cabanas instead of the main dining room (MDR) was in 2018 and there's not a lot of room. I am going to guess maybe 20 tables? It was on the right side (as you enter) and only inside tables, which I think had table cloths? There was a nice small salad bar and a limited menu. Not many people use it or maybe aren't aware of it, which is fine by me. But it's not currently set up for many people. I remember one cruise, our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids) ate there every night after just one night in the MDR. Just took too long.
