my husband is so excited to sleep on sunday on our cruise and i doubt i will get him up for breakfast...cand anyone recommend something they have had that was ok? do they serve juice with room service......thanks

The room service breakfast menu is a Continental type breakfast with croissants and muffins, juices, and coffee and tea.

If you're staying in one of the Suites, a Category 1 - 3, you can order a full breakfast from a restaurant menu.

Examples of the menus are on Inkkognito's Website at www.castawayclub.com

hope that helps

Hi! I'll agree with the first poster .. and confirm. They have juice.

One of the breakfasts is served really late .. I think the buffet was open late in the AM.

We did do room service on our recent cruise. They offer cold cereals and breads and pastries. I just looked at 2 of our navigators (from the 4 day Wonder) and Parrot Cay serves buffet style breakfast until 12 (that was on Freeport and Nassau days) and you can get express breakfast at pluto's until 11.

WHy don't you just go and enjoy breakfast while he is sleeping. Plenty of times I have went to eat on my own at different places, I usually bring a book and hang out and read while enjoying breakfast..and if you are at a table for 6 or 8 you could go and have company and leave him sleeping, no sense missing out on a nice breakfast because he wants to sleep in...

thanks, that sounds great.....you are a pal..maybe i can get a pic of you and goofy?

Here is something that I personally found worked better than room service:

My wife usually takes more time getting ready than I do, so while she was finishing up, I would run up to Topsider's (Beach Blanket on the Wonder) Buffet, and fill up a tray with enough food for the two of us. I would then take this tray back to the room. There was a larger selection than room service, and we were still able to enjoy breakfast out on our Verandah.

This idea may also work well for a couple where one spouse gets up earlier than the other.

So are you saying they don't mind you taking a tray full of food back to your room? Was this full-service buffet like Parrot Cay?

Sorry it took a few days to reply. . .

No, there is no problem taking food back to your room.

With the way the buffet is set up at Topsiders, you grab a tray, fill it up and then take it to a table either inside or outside. However, it is just as easy to keep walking past the tables and head back to your room. (Topsiders is much more convienent for this than the buffets in Parrot Cay, since Topsiders is more self-service than Parrot Cay)

You can pretty much take any food you want back to your room (or to almost anywhere on the ship). On the 7-day during the Midnight Dessert Buffet, they have silverware/cloth napkin sets so you can take your plate anywhere you want. If you are too full for dessert some night after dinner, but may want it later, just ask your server and you can take it "to go".
