Finding very little info on room service or menu, the little I found is several years old. Anyone use it for Breakfast before the parks, was it decent and delivered in a decent amount of time? We will be doing early entry in June and thought we would order breakfast and eat while getting ready. I think the Quick service may not open early enough and I don't really want to wait in line vs. Heading to the parks. If you have ordered it, anyone know if they have mickey waffles?

We ordered RS last June. Breakfast starts at 6:00 (the first time slot available is 6-6:30), and yes, they have Mickey waffles. It was a cabana day for us, so we didn't need early delivery. We requested delivery at 8:00-8:30 and it arrived at 8:10. You will have a door hanger with the breakfast menu on it. You just fill out what you want, and the time you want it delivered. Hang it on the outside of your door before midnight, and your done! You can also phone in your order before midnight.

We haven't been in a couple years now :( but we always do room service on the days we need to be in line before 8 am. Have always had it delivered on time and hot... No matter which dlr hotel we stayed at. And frankly a pretty good price for getting a good meal before hitting the park early!

I'm a fan of it at GCH. ALWAYS get it! like the PP said you can hang the order on the doorknob and it comes at the time you decided. Another tip is you can ask for extra waters or coffee free of charge. We usually get 2 breakfasts to share between us 2 adults and 4yr old. And it's plenty.

I get extra coffee and make hubby get ice and make an iced coffee to go. :lovestruc

Enjoy!!

Anyone know the prices on room service? I hadn't even considered this as an option, but seeing that they deliver mickey waffles.. I might have to think about it!!

We ordered dinner one night at PPH. The food prices seemed to be about the se as they would have been in the restaurant, but there was also a $10 service charge tacked on top of the cost, tax, and gratuity.

We have considered ordering room service when staying at DLH and have the early morning entry through the hotel. The prices aren't too bad, but by the time you add on the service charge, tip, and tax, it's pretty pricey. What we do is bring some fruit, cereal bars, or muffins and oj and have a little snack while getting ready or walking to the park and then ride some rides and have a breakfast in the park. There are some good places in the park and it actually ends up being cheaper than room service.
