Room Service at Disney resorts

What is the amount of sales tax & gratutities that they charge for room service at Disney resorts? Is it the same for special order amenities/cakes that get delivered via room service?

I think they charge 18% gratuity, not sure what the tax rate is thou.

$3 Service Charge - 18% gratuity - 6.5% tax (all covered by the DDP or DxDP if you use credits).

1) Don't forget the delivery charge of $3.
2) The $3 is just an added-profit amount for the eatery, not a CM tip.
3) This is in addition to tax and gratuity.

(NOTE: Per union contract, the CM gratuity for Room Service is 18%, which is added to the bill before food is delivered.)
