Room service and Baggage handling

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if your luggage is brought to your rooms upon check in and also if there is room service to clean your room and bring towels daily.

Is there a charge for this aside from the tipping?

Yes they will bring your bags to your room. Just tipping. For daily maid service you have to pay more.

The delivery of the luggage may take some time depending on how busy the resort is. For DVC memeber on points daily maid service is an additional charge (the amount is based on the size of unit). If you are paying cash to CRO to rent a DVC villa there is daily maid service at no additional charge.

Full housekeeping services are $25-Studio, $30-One bedroom, $40-2 Bedroom and $60-Grand villa per day requested. Additional towel packs (4 bath, 4 hand towels and 4 washcloths) are $6 each. Additional "Trash & Towel Service" (Fresh towels & removeal of trash, no sheets or other cleaning)is $10 for all size units per day requested.

$10.00 for the trash and towel service sounds reasonable to me.

You can call Housekeeping once you're in your room to request the extra service.
