We will be staying at the BCV for the first time in a one bedroom villa. What are the better rooms. Pool view or Epcot view. Which is closer to walk to the main pool.

I hope you enjoy BCV - it's great. The villas are located in a separate building from the hotel and from SAB. It is a walk outside through the lobby and down a hallway to get to SAB (3 or 4 minutes from BCV lobby). So, the closest rooms would be near the elevator in BCV. I like the "woods" view (they don't call it Epcot view) better because it's quieter and I am a light sleeper. The BCV pool is pretty to look at but can get load at night sometimes and some of the rooms are very close to the pool deck. If you look up "parkinfo2go" on a web browser, there is a great map with room reviews of the BCV. Hope that helps.

We were at BCV in January. We had an Epcot view and enjoyed it for the fireworks. You will be able to see the high fireworks from illuminations. As far as distance, the BCV is not a very large building, so it won't make that much of a difference, but as Tinkbellfan stated, your best bet is closest to the elevator. I'm not sure about the 1BR, but we were in a studio that was next to the linen closet, which came with a huge patio. Lengthwise, the patio was bigger than the room.
