With the exception of a few very expensive suites, every single booking that accommodates 5 adults involves a day-bed/sleeper sofa/pull down bed.

For the price of a deluxe that accommodates 5 adults by putting one on a couch-bed, you can get 2 moderate rooms that have a pair of queen size beds in each.

Except the only way to get that is book via a DVC owner. They seldom show up on the Disney Reservation Center site.

Agreed, and if one ever did, I imagine the cash cost would be vastly more than by renting points either through a broker or directly.
