Room reservations and dining reservations

I currently have a WDW room reservation and I will book my dining at 180+10 but it is possible that we will change to an offsite house rental if family comes to visit (the family will not go to most meals with us as they are not Dis people). Will my dining be cancelled if I cancel the room only reservation?

Nope. ADRs aren't connected to resort reservations in that way.
