Room reservation and dining reservation

I currently have a POFQ reservation and I will book my dining at 180+10 but it is possible that we will change to an offsite house rental if family comes to visit (the family will not go to most meals with us as they are not Dis people). Will my dining be cancelled if I cancel the room only reservation?

No. Your dining reservations will remain intact if you cancel your POFQ reservation.
