Unfrotunatley, most of the resorts do not accept faxes anymore for room requests (but here is the number in case you want to try 407-939-7222). Requests are supposed to be made at time of booking so that they download to the resort with your reservation. Since you are so close to your check in date and your res would have already downloaded you can try calling 407-939-6000 this is not "the front desk" but they will answer the phone with the hotel greeting and can assist you. This is the number to the Disney resort operator. They have access to the reservations and can add your requests to yours. Just tell them you forgot to note your requests and were hoping they could do so for you. Keep in mind though that most Disney resorts do not pre-assign rooms anymore, requests are noted but generally your room is assigned by the CM that is checking you in, with whatever best suits your requests at that time. So don't be overly suprised if your room is not assigned when you arrive even though you have requests.
