Room Requests?

Hi all,

It's been awhile since I've been onsite. How do you go about making room requests? Is it five days before? Can you call or is it better to fax?

Any suggestions for All Star Movies? Is the Toy Story Building a good location? My dd's love Buzz Lightyear.

Any suggestions for Coronado Springs? Leary of this resort b/c everyone complains that the rooms are so far away from everything. DH says we'll rent a bike to get to & from our room. Maybe they'll give us a weekly rate. What a funny guy!

Make sure that any requests are listed on your reservation with CRO. There has been a great deal of discussion lately about the hotels receiving too many faxes. Some of the resorts (WL and Vacation Club resorts for certain) are no longer accepting faxes.
