Room Requests

Does anyone know if you can do room requests thru the MDE app? I called Disney to upgrade my view the other day and was on hold a loooooong time. I forgot to make a room request and before I call back and spend a long time on hold I wanted to see if anyone knew a better way.

I know we did that last year for our Disney trip. Online there is a drop-down box that lets you choose from various options. Many on here said you can't do that, but it certainly worked fine for us. Anything you choose is considered a 'preference' and no guarantee you will get what you requested. Examples of requests are upper floor or near an elevator, things like that.

This exactly.

If your request is anything different from what the options are with online check-in, you'd either have to call to add them or join Touring Plans and use their service.

But regardless of how they are made, they are only requests and will never be guaranteed.
