room requests

I haven't been on the boards much lately, so I probably missed this...when did room requests during online check in become so generic? I only had these three to choose from: upper floor, lower floor, near elevator. How do I request my longhouse at Poly or where I want to be at AKL?

Skip the request section for online check-in. Contact MS & have the CM note your request on the reservation.

Thank you. We have checked in several times and have been told "You requested...." to which I reply "No I didn't". I will start doing this in the future.

If you check anything on the request section of the online chem-in form, it will erase anything MS may have entered on your behalf.
