Room requests

This is the first time we have booked directly through Disney-we are from the UK and have always booked through a Travel Agent before and put our request on the booking form (Always the same, top floor, quiet room) Its pretty much always been granted. Now I booked through Disney a couple of weeks ago and forgot/never saw anywhere to add a room request. can I do it after the booking and if so how (I'd prefer not to have to ring to get it added as we are in the UK!)

Your best bet is to call the main reservation line and have your room requests added to your reservation. This can be done any time from the day you book up until 5-6 days out.

I know you don't want to call but your other option is to make your requests during online check in. But those options are predetermined and very limited. The options never cover what we want to request.

I think you can do it by calling the UK number 0800 169 0730.

Is this for your Pofq stay? If so, POR & Pofq are one if the few resorts that accept faxes. So you can Fax requests to room assignors around 4-5 days before arrival.
There is a POR/Pofq Fax thread by Venomhatch that explains it and gives fax #.
