we are staying in pop century and want to make a room request but dont know where to start lol

You need to get it noted on your booking, so you need to contact whoever you booked with and ask them to put your request on the booking! :goodvibes

We've stayed at Pop twice now and have requested our room at the check-in desk both times. We got the rooms we asked for with no problems (four rooms all in a row!) really helpful desk staff :)

I hv stayed in the 90's 60's and 70's and liked the 60's best. I hv always had it noted but the last time they had not given us any of the 3 buildings I had asked for however i asked the cm if she could hv a look and she said there are rooms in all 3 !!!! She asked which we preferred and chose 60's. She apoligised and said someone had obv got all the room allocations mixed up. I must say pop hv been the best resort to accomodate requests at check in. I hv been quite lucky apart from SSR . Must of had a grumpy CM tht day

We do it diferently, we have booked our holiday with Virgin but we just called disney this week to make our request.....you can only do this about a week before you arrive.
