Room Requests

We are headed to BLT on Tuesday and I did the online check-in. The room request portion was not working, you couldn't request anything. We change after 3 nights to BWV, the online check-in allowed you to request a room near transportation, and I don't remember what the other options are. If you wanted to request a certain room or floor would you call the resort direct?

If you're a DVC member, call Member Services to add requests to your reservation. If you're renting points from a member, they will need to call MS for you.

If this is a cash reservation through CRO, call 407-WDISNEY.

No, you contact MS and have them add it to your reservation.

Agreed. You need to have your request already on your reservation through member services. I did online checkin yesterday for my stay at the BCV next weekend. Before I did online checkin I called MS and asked if I had any requests on my reservations (too many reservations to remember). She said yes, so I did online checkin and didn't click anything in the room request box.
