Room Requests

Hello everyone,

When I booked my Montana room on the disneyland paris website a check box came up for special requests so I asked for a room on a high floor. This isnt on my confirmation email anywhere (so do they know this???). Also I didnt click a box for a no smoking room - are all the rooms no smoking or should I ring disney and add that to my confirmation

I made the exact same request on the reservation and on the phone and still got a rom on the bottom floor....

Don't think it makes much difference sadly...

All the rooms are non-smoking, so don't worry about that.

As for special requests, I assume they just don't bother sending that back to you on the confirmation.

Thanks guys...although i am upset they ignored your request and put you on the ground floor... can you remember your number so if they give me one starting with that number I will ask for another one higher up

I'm afriad not, but they explain to you how to find your room when they allocate it, so just ask right away - wish I had...

Thank you, I will do and then pull this face if they give me a rubbish room followed by this one when I get a good one

They try to honour your request but unfortunately cannot guarentee them. It might be worthwhile contacting the hotel about a week before you go as this when they tend to allocate the rooms.

Yeah give them a call a week before you go. I did when we went to the Santa Fe and asked for a room in the block furthest away from breakfast. It's closer to the park and saved me 5 minutes on the walk back home at night
