Room Requests-what info. to include

Hi there..just a quick question on what information to include on the room request that is faxed to the resort about 5 days prior....

I have already requested through the Disney Club reservations area for AKL the following:
-Savannah view
-Non smoking
-Bunk Beds
-Early Check in if possible (we just found out our flight was rescheduled and we now arrive in Orlando at 9:30am)
-Fridge

The only other information I wanted to fax over is the actual trail at the resort...from what I have read the Arusha Savannah on the Zebra Trail is probably the best bet....Is there a floor to request?

Do I just put this information on the request or include the previous information that was made through Disney Club? I do have the original request on my written confirmation.

I have heard not to go overboard on requests so I want to make sure the request is written properly...Thanks!

I think you have done all you can but I have 1 suggestion. Since you are arriving early, go ahead and check in and tell the CM that you will be glad to wait for the room of your choice to open up. They can store your bags and deliver them when the room comes available. They will give you a cvard with a phone # to call to see if the room is ready yet so you can go and enjoy your day.
