Room requests w/late arrival?

Our flight doesn't arrive in Orlando until 8:30 the evening of May 13th. I've already seen elsewhere that our resort (POR) is sold out the 13th and 14th. Considering that we won't be getting to the hotel until around 10 or so at night, are we just out-of-luck as far as any specific room requests we've made? Or at that point in time will we just be stuck with whatever happens to be left? I've specifically asked for Magnolia Bend, upper-floor, no smoking, but none of that is really all that important except the "no smoking" part. I didn't explicitly mention this when I made the reservation but our DD is allergic to cigarette smoke. I'd hate to have to spend the first night at WDW sleeping in the lobby.

I would call CRO and let them know that your child is allergic to cigarette smoke and inform them that you really need a non-smoking room. I am sure that they will do their best to accommodate you. And, the sooner you let CRO know of your needs, the better your chances of getting the NS room are. Hop on that phone now and give them a jingle! Good luck!

You can call Special (Medical) Reservations directely at 407-939-7807. Explain you child's situation. If they put it in as a medical request it is given top priority. Also, you can go to the DISabilities board for more help.
