Room requests on confirmation incorrect. Call or wait and fax?

I have my confirmation and on it is noted two requests. One for connecting rooms and the other should say close to food court but says close to each other.

Should I call and change the wrong request or should I just wait and fax these requests at the appropriate time. It is o.k. to have your requests noted on your confirmation and then fax them. Also I have a guaranteed request due to a health condition and don't want to jeopardize that one which is by far the most important. Should I mention it again when I call or fax or just leave things as they are and hope for the best?

I don't think it could hurt to call and mention what's written on your paperwork to make sure the correct request in the computer system. I've had to make requests for health reasons too, and I always preferred to speak directly to someone on the phone rather than rely on a fax. I made our requests when booking the room, then called the resort directly the day before our arrival to be sure they were aware of them. Both times, my requests were met. I didn't make big requests, we just needed to be close to food court and bus stop, for health reasons. Good luck!
