Room Requests - Not Working

When I made my reservation, I failed to make a specific building request at CBR. Never fear, I have been reading these boards and other sites was going to do it right before the trip as suggested.

I called CBR last night and they transfered me to WDW travel. Is this teh same as WDW Travel Company? Because my reservation is printed on their stationary and when I called them they said they didn't have my info. And that my info would not be downloaded into the system until the day of my arrival.

Should I contact my travel agent about this instead? Or try calling CBR at a different time and try again?

Walt Disney Travel Co. is a different phone # and reservation system from WDW Travel If you booked with a Travel Agent Contat them they have the correct number to contact for your request.

if you booked through a travel agent, then only they can make changes or requests to your booking
