We have made our reservation for Aulani - could anyone let me know how to go about putting in a request for our room - eg higher floors etc, do we contact the hotel directly? Thank you

If your reservation was made through DVC, you make the request through either Member services or through an owner whom you may have rented from. If you booked through the hotel, you can call the resort and request there about a week ahead.
