Room Requests at VB and BLT

We are getting ready to head to VB and BLT at the beginning of October. I'd like to put in some requests. We are staying in a garden view inn room at VB and a standard studio at BLT. Any suggestions for room requests?

I am probably in the minority but I really enjoy the blt first floor views of the marina and contemporary. I actually love it more than being higher up.

I made no requests for my BLT as it was the first time staying there. We were at the end near MK had like an AC vent but to the right you could see the boats go back and fourth to Ft Wilderness and here the horns from the trains. For VB we have stayed several times in the GV and there are many that over look the parking lot. But some have better views than others.

Sure. Inside the "C." But there you risk looking directly across into the room around the other side.

Most BLT views are good. There's no escaping the fact that it is placed inside the curvature of a large parking lot. High level rooms decrease the impact of that reality.

What about the outside rooms? Would the marina side have parking lot views? I think I read the Contemporary side does.

We had a marina side standard and it was my favorite for location and view. We did not see the parking lot.

Thank you. This is what I was thinking. I have already requested an even-numbered room, but now I will add marina side. What floor were you on? I was thinking the standard rooms go to the 5th floor on that side. Do you know if that's correct?

Yes pretty sure that's correct - through fifth floor.

I thought the standard rooms only went to the 5th floor only on the opposite side of the marina which would be the tennis court side. We've stayed in standard 4 times. 2 times ground floor marina side, 1 time 2nd floor inside c over the community center, but the last time was the 3rd floor facing the tennis court which was the best view we ever had and the highest. View is not that important to us but we don't really like the inside c because we didn't like the view of folks on their balcony esp in the morning.
