Room Requests at CS....do it now or at check in?

We leave for WDW next Wed. and we are staying our first week at SOG...but our last nights are at CS. We would like to request a section to stay in there...do we call ahead or do it when we check in?

Call CRO and have them include your request on your reservation. I believe they assign rooms about 3 days before your arrival.

So is 9 B the best location to request? We want no smoking.....no where near smoking. We also want close to main bldg and bus stops. Is this possible if we stay at 9B.....what would be my back up bldg. choices? Thanks so much.

9B is the closest to the main Building (El Centro), bus stop #1 and also the main pool area (Dig Site). If being close to El Centro and the Bus stop is the most important, I'd pick Casita #1 as a backup. We stayed there last March, and it was right next to El Centro, and only a short walk to Bus Stop#1.

So Casita #1 is different than 9? I get all confused with that resort. I have never stayed there. LOL
