Room requests at AS Movies

I am staying at ASMo Jan 5-12. I have a preferred room reservation and I wanted to know if I can call to request the top floor?

Has anyone ever done this? When should I call? I don't know if I should have requested it already, or is it better to wait 5 days before arrival, or the day of arrival? We will be getting in around 9am, but would like to be sure to get top floor as I don't want to much noise above me (light sleeper).

Whoever you made your reservations with, call them now and have it noted. Then, call or fax the resort directly about 5 days before you arrive to have them note it. Rooms are usuallly assigned a few days before you get there.
