Room request?

If I book using my in-laws DVC points and my parents rent points at the same resort through David's for the same time, can we request rooms close together or on the same floor? My daughter will probably want to stay in their room some so would like to be close. Looking at going in September. Thanks!

The owners of those points will have to place "Travel with" noticies on BOTH reservations of the other reservation numbers; do not place on just one as it might be missed by the room assignment CMs.
This is how the room assignment CMs find out about people wanting to be near each other and any other special request. Remember these are only requests and may not be met.

and it does work. We have had 3 rooms with the request to be near each other and have always ended up on the same floor. Often within a few doors of each other.

Nothing is guaranteed as it depends on what rooms are available on the day you are checking in. I would repeat the request upon checkin.
