Thanks for all the info on this site. We are counting down less than two weeks now. I have a garden room booked at HRH I am still considering changing to club level . When would be the best time to ask for a specific room? week before? night before? or at check in?

Rooms are assigned a few days before. So a week before would be better than the night before or at check in.
