Room Request

How does one go about requesting a certain building as well as adjoining rooms? (or rooms that are close to each other).

We are staying at POR and booked through AAA, do I request it through our travel agent or through Disney? I thought I read on here that you request through Disney but I don't know how to go about doing it.

I do believe that when you use a TA that everything must go thru them, as they "own" the reservation until you arrive.

We always ask when we book our trip and then I always call and go over reservation as it gets closer to trip arrival. Also can ask at the check in or do on line

You cannot indicate any room requests at the online check-in.

Your requests need to be tied to your ressie; and since they booked through AAA, they own the reservation and must do the requests.
