I've never felt the need to request a room, but this year we would like to request a room at Old Key West. How does one go about this? Thanks for your help!

At OKW there are two booking categories - one for Hospitality area and the other for the remaining areas. This would be determined when you made your reservation, and cannot be "requested" later on.

Honestly, if you request a specific villa you have much less of a chance of receiving your request. Better requests are a particular area of the resort (other than Hospitality House), near bus stop, first floor, etc.

Your room requests can be made at reservation time with MS or a call to them later. The later call will lessen your chances though rather than making the request from the beginning.
