Room request

In my excitement to book free dining I completely forgot to make a room request. We are not going until August so when should I call or should I fax? If it makes a difference I am staying at CSR. TIA

You can call and add the room request to our reservation at any time....

About 3 to 5 days before you check in. That is when Disney downloads the reservations to the resorts. If you fax, I recommend that you follow up with a phone call. Sometimes the faxes have gotten lost on us.

I would call back and have them add the requests to your reservation. I have read in other posts that faxing the room before you leave is not recognized by the hotels anymore.
