Room Request Question

DH and I are booked at CSR for 2/29 - 3/6 for our first time, and I'm not sure when to put in our request for the Cabanas or the Casitas. We've always stayed at CBR and have always made our requests at check in with no problem. Do we need to phone CRO now or can we wait until check in?

From what I have heard and read you need to request room when booking- they aren't taking room requests by fax anymore due to volume. You can always wait and when you checkin hope they have one available or make a call ASAP and make request.
