Room request question

So I am stay at BLT in October and did the online check in today. My only options for a room are near an elevator and lower floor. I know at best I will be on the 5th floor since I booked a standard room but the one thing I really want to make sure of is that I am not on the first floor. Is there an email or a number I can call to add that to the reservation? Also I know it is just a request so nothing is guaranteed.

You should move this to DVC Resorts or Resorts.

If booked on cash, you can call the standard Reservations line. If on points, the owner of the points (you? rental?) needs to send it via Member Services. This can be done in MS chat, but only by the DVC member.
