Room Request Process Aulani

I have made WDW room requests before but not for Aulani.

When you called Member Services for the request

Did you request like room ending in 82 high floor or something like that?

Requests work just the way they do for the DVC resorts at WDW. Member services adds a note.
We had requested Ewa lobby, or long, even numbers in early January and ended up with 980 (dedicated 2-bedroom).
