Room request phone numbers?

I know I've seen this before but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone have the number to phone a room request to ASMo. How many days in advance is best?

Do you have your yellow confirmation that came in the mail? If so, the number for AsMo is on the back.

Unfortunately we have booked through a TA here in Scotland so we don't recieve the yellow confirmation. We made our requests through our TA but they really haven't got a clue about WDW and the request NEVER seems to go through.

Any ideas?
