Room Request Phone Number

Hi Everyone!

Is there a specific phone number for room requests? We are staying at Grand Floridian and Poly Villas.

You need to call MS with your requests.

Oh ok thank You!! I called the general WDW number and the cast member was extremely confused; he tried to cancel my reservation! I will try MS. Thank you again!

Another way is to send MS an email via the member website with your reservations info and requests. They will add the request to the reservations and email you back a confirmation.
