Room Request now, or at online check in?

Me and my father are going down to disney in june and staying at Pop century. I was wondering if i should call and make our requests for our room preference now, or wait until online check-in. Thanks for your help

Just wait until you do online check in. No matter how far in advance you make a request, it doesn't make it any more likely to be granted.

If you have a specific request like a particular room, floor, building, view, etc. it is best to call up and request this. The CM can then put your request on your reservation. Online check-in only has certain boxes to check (close to transportation, etc.) and you cannot write in any specific requests like those I mentioned above.

Right, you are not guaranteed obviously, but it never hurts to request.
