Room Request Letter?

Does anyone have any hints for room request letters. We have stayed at WDW before but never requested a specific building, etc. My requests aren't much, a specific building, and preferrably first floor. That's it.. pretty simple. However we are celebrating our anniversary so I would like to be able to get these if at all possible. Anyone have any suggestions or even an example of what these letters should look like?

In order of most important first.

You can certainly try- after all, they'll never know if you don't ask- but just remember its a request, NOT a guarentee, and if for some reason you don't get the room you want/ask for, always just ask again at check in....just be nice about it! CMs will do they best they can for you.

Be sure to let the front desk know that you are at WDW celebrating your anniversary. We were at WDW in February celebrating our anniversary. A relative informed a cast member of our anniversary. When we returned to the room after a day at the parks we found an autographed picture from Mickey and Minnie congratulating us. It was very nice!
